The Recioppella is made of 100% Recioppella olive. Late harvest from the Benevento area. Not filtered, cold pressing, with a nice full bodied taste, golden colour and delicate. The taste is fruity, light grassy, ripe apples with an almond aftertaste. Ideal for fish, also ideal for raw fish, meat as carpaccio, but also delicious for salat with a white or red balsamic vinegar.
