Balsamic vinegar 12 years. We recommend this balsamic vinegar for salads, meat, barbecue, fish, foie gras, omelette, desserts, ice cream, but also in the morning for your yoghurt. Very nice with all kinds of cheeses, like Parmigiana, camembert, brie, mozzarella. Great on carpaccio.
