O.R.O., Zamparelli Olive oil, Naples, 500 ml
The ORO is made by 80% of the Ortice, Recioppella, Ortolana olives. It is an extra virgin olive oil, not filtered, cold pressed with a intense yellow colour. Medium fruitiness, sweet with a nice little sharp aftertaste, not too much. Nice with fresh tomatoes, balsamic vinegar. With fish, or as a condiment for cooked and raw vegetables, salads and also great with a nice antipasti.
