Cugno dell Anito blend This oil is produced in Sicily by the Tonda Iblea olives and the Moresca olives. The proportion is 80% and 20%. This oil is great for salads, vegetables, soups, grilled fish and antipasti. But also for dipping and with tomato with mozzarella. Nice green oil with a lot of taste, great smell, but not too heavy. Great balance.
