I Saraceni. This is a “mono cultivar” which means, made by 1 kind of olives. The Tonda Iblea olive. An extra vergin olive oil from Sicily. Cold pressed, with a beautiful green taste and a little buttery taste in the mouth. Grassy wit a pepper. Nice for dipping but also for salads, potato, bread, fish, tomato with mozzarella.
